Upgrading your PC

Your PC gets a hard time - it has to cope with mum writing the newsletters for her club in Microsoft Word, dad surfing the net for the latest football reviews and the kids playing the latest computer games.

 

Technology and software improve over time but these improvements take more and more resources from your PC and can end up making it slow down. Usually, the quickest way to resolve this problem is to install more RAM. Who wants to open up the back of their PC and start fiddling with RAM chips? I can examine your PC setup and supply and fit RAM as needed. After I've installed it I'll also do a full reboot and assesment to check that it's working fine.

 

It may be that you want extra functionality from your PC or Laptop. e.g An upgraded graphics card or a TV tuner. In this case, I can inpsect your PC and recommend what components need adding to meet your requirments. In some cases if your PC is very old, we might recommend purchasing a new one.
